​​BUDGET-FRIENDLY PAYMENT PLANS
We are well aware that these types of expenses were not planned and may place a strain on a client's finances. So, it is our policy to offer each new client a flexible, budget-friendly payment plan customized to work for them personally.

INITIAL RETAINER
Once fees have been discussed, our new client will be asked to pay an Initial Retainer Fee into a TRUST account as the first step in our client-lawyer journey.

ZERO INTEREST PAYMENT PLANS
The balance between the fee discussed and the initial deposit may be paid-off by a customized payment plan. Most users select a budget-friendly weekly plan, but bi-weekly or monthly plans are available.

For client convenience, we offer payment by:

• Direct bank (Interac) e-Transfer

• Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Visa Debit 

• Cheque or money order

• Cash payments are accepted, and receipts provided
